Van Pro Inc. uses multiple Shipping Companies to transport the products to the end user. In the case that Shipping and handling fees are not available online, a sales representative will contact the customer via telephone or email to provide transport rates and complete the order offline. In the case that shipping and handling fees are not available online for clients with terms of Net 30 days, a sales representative will contact the customer via telephone or email to provide the transport rates and charges will be added to online invoice.

Purchase of goods and services through www.vanproinc.com is restricted to Canada and United States of America.  For purchases outside the geographic limitations request quotation through our website in the section contact us (to add hyperlink) , by email at sales1@vanproinc.com or by telephone at 1 866 775-5321.

Customer satisfaction is top priority for Van Pro Inc. If the client is not satisfied with a purchase, returns may be made within 30 days or the purchase date if the item or packaging is undamaged or altered. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. A 20% restocking charge will be applied. Items can be returned by mail or directly in store. To return a product, the client should mail the product to:

To return an item, the client must contact Van Pro Inc. by calling 1-866-775-5321 or 514-631-9399, or by sending an e-mail to orders1@vanproinc.com.

If the client wants to exchange an item in new condition for a different size or color, Van Pro Inc. will not be charging a 20% restocking fee. The client must still pay shipping and handeling free and any difference in price.

Partial refunds may be applicable for items returned more than 30 days after delivery as well as damaged items or items with missing parts.

Personalized and custom pieces are not eligible for return and considered final sale. Sale items cannot be refunded. Other selected items may be exempt from being returned.

The client will be responsible for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the client has received a refund, the cost of returned shipping will be deducted from the client’s refund.

If a recipient wants to return an item marked as a “gift” when purchased and shipped directly to him/her, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item in the form of a mailed gift certificate sent to the recipient once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to him/her directly to give to the recipient later, Van Pro Inc. will send a refund to the purchaser.

Once a return is received and inspected, Van Pro Inc. will notify the client of the approval or rejection of the requested refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the method of payment used, within a certain amount of days.

Van Pro Inc. only replaces items if they are defective or damaged upon being received by the client.

 

Warranty Policy

Van Pro Inc warrants that all installation defects will be under warranty for the period of one (1) year as of the date of the invoice. The above warranty covers only installation defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, and usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Van Pro Inc.

All products defects are subject to a period determined by manufacturer warranty and may vary. The warranty is extended to customers and applies to all equipment purchased, installed, and used for the purpose for which such equipment was originally designed. The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, and usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Van Pro Inc.
