This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not information collected offline.

The Way We Use Information

When placing an order, we use the information that the client has provided to process and complete this order. Information given about a third party shipping is only used to ship the product as well as confirm the delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

When using Contact Us, we use the information that the client has provided to answer their request.  All email addresses provided are strictly used to answer the questions/requests.

Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. .

You can subscribe to our Newsletter if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services.  Information you submit on our website will not be used to automatically subscribe you to this feature. You must choose to be added to our newsletter through the website.

Van Pro Inc. has made it easy to share products found on our website with your friends and coworkers.  It is important for you to know that Van Pro Inc. does not censor or filter inappropriate language or behavior.  Van Pro Inc. holds no responsibility for the personalized contents that are written and transmitted through our “E-mail a Friend” feature.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing an option to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. Quotation and Orders

Van Pro Inc. remains the owner and has the title to the ordered goods until payment has been made in full.

Van Pro Inc. assumes no responsibility concerning the warranty of the vehicle. We also do no assume responsibility for any injuries or accidents resulting from the use of our products.

Van Pro Inc. requires customer approval of estimates and drawings prior to placing order and/or scheduling appointment.

The client is responsible for any additional cost related changes once the production and/or shipping process has commenced.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom items; balance must be paid upon completion.

A 20% restocking fee will be applicable of any canceled orders after order of stock, reception of stock, or after shipping process has commenced.

 

Payments

All our prices are set in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Prices may vary without notice.

Clients with accounts may pay with Visa, MasterCard or company checks only. Clients who do not have an account may only pay with Visa or MasterCard.

Van Pro Inc. reserves the right to deactivate the online account of clients with an overdue balances without any prior notice.

 

Shipping & Returns

Van Pro Inc. uses multiple Shipping Companies to transport the products to the end user. In the case that Shipping and handling fees are not available online, a sales representative will contact the customer via telephone or email to provide transport rates and complete the order offline. In the case that shipping and handling fees are not available online for clients with terms of Net 30 days, a sales representative will contact the customer via telephone or email to provide the transport rates and charges will be added to online invoice.

Purchase of goods and services through www.vanproinc.com is restricted to Canada and United States of America.  For purchases outside the geographic limitations request quotation through Contact Us, by email at sales1@vanproinc.com or by telephone at 1 866 775-5321.

Customer satisfaction is top priority for Van Pro Inc. If the client is not satisfied with a purchase, returns may be made within 30 days or the purchase date if the item or packaging is undamaged or altered. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. A 20% restocking charge will be applied. Items can be returned by mail or directly in store. To return a product, the client should mail the product to:

To return an item, the client must contact Van Pro Inc. by calling 1-866-775-5321 or 514-631-9399, or by sending an e-mail to orders1@vanproinc.com.

If the client wants to exchange an item in new condition for a different size or color, Van Pro Inc. will not be charging a 20% restocking fee. The client must still pay shipping and handeling free and any difference in price.

Partial refunds may be applicable for items returned more than 30 days after delivery as well as damaged items or items with missing parts.

Personalized and custom pieces are not eligible for return and considered final sale. Sale items cannot be refunded. Other selected items may be exempt from being returned.

The client will be responsible for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the client has received a refund, the cost of returned shipping will be deducted from the client’s refund.

If a recipient wants to return an item marked as a “gift” when purchased and shipped directly to him/her, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item in the form of a mailed gift certificate sent to the recipient once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to him/her directly to give to the recipient later, Van Pro Inc. will send a refund to the purchaser.

Once a return is received and inspected, Van Pro Inc. will notify the client of the approval or rejection of the requested refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the method of payment used, within a certain amount of days.

Van Pro Inc. only replaces items if they are defective or damaged upon being received by the client.

 

Warranty Policy

Van Pro Inc warrants that all installation defects will be under warranty for the period of one (1) year as of the date of the invoice. The above warranty covers only installation defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, and usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Van Pro Inc.

All products defects are subject to a period determined by manufacturer warranty and may vary. The warranty is extended to customers and applies to all equipment purchased, installed, and used for the purpose for which such equipment was originally designed. The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, and usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Van Pro Inc.
