Legend offers a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects which significantly impair the products’ functioning and can demonstrably be traced back to faults in the material or manufacturing errors. The precondition for the warranty is correct installation of the product and any apparent defects must be reported prior to installation of the material. For allowance of warranty claims the original invoice must be presented. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Defective material will be replaced, however maximum liability for all claims is limited to the purchase price of the goods referred to above.
